Hallo Holger, na das ist ja mal ein toller Verstärker! Sind da noch gute alte 2N3055 im TO3 Gehäuse verbaut? Würde passen!

Da es 2N3055 in guter Qualität nicht mehr gibt, wage ich das eher zu bezweifeln, aber leider steht auf dem Gehäuse nix mehr drauf. TO-3-Transistoren sind rar geworden, einzig ON-Semi (vormals Motorola) baut noch ein paar bipolare Modelle. Die sind auch ziemlich gut und ich würde vermuten, dass hier sowas drinsteckt.
